Using technology, data & care to strengthen health and wellbeing across Liberia.
Health Tech Liberia partners with clinics, communities, and youth to design practical digital tools, mental health support, and youth-led innovations that work in real Liberian contexts – from busy urban facilities to remote communities.
What we aim to change
Too many clinics still rely on overloaded paper systems, and too many young people carry silent questions about their health and mental wellbeing. Our mission is to bring simple, trusted digital support closer to the people who need it most – without replacing the human relationships that make care meaningful.
We co-create with nurses, community health workers, youth mentors, and local partners. Every tool we build must be:
- Lightweight: able to run on low-cost devices and low connectivity.
- Human-centered: grounded in lived experience, language, and culture.
- Responsible: respectful of privacy, ethics, and safeguarding.
Our mission is not just to introduce technology, but to equip people – especially girls and young women – with the skills, confidence, and networks to lead Liberia’s digital health future.
